This is Cesky Krumlov, in Southern Bohemia, not too far from the Austrian border. This medieval town dates back to the 1200's. Today it is a popular cultural center, and an UNESCO World Heritage Site.
This is the famous (and really touristy) Astronomical Clock (Orloj) in Old Town Square. It's been there since in 1400's.

Prague is the capital, and largest city, of the Czech Republic. Often called the "City of a Hundred Spires," it is situated on the Vltava river in central Bohemia, and is home to about 1.2 million people.
